Overview
The Scheduling Module in Cloudsania enables users and organizations to schedule calls with specialized Cloud experts. This feature provides structured access to expert guidance for:- Architectural reviews
- Project setup assistance
- Infrastructure configuration guidance
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to Scheduling
- Access the Scheduling tab from the left-hand menu
- Click Schedule New Call in the top right corner
- If no schedules exist, click Create new schedule
2. Schedule a New Call

Enter Call Title
Choose a descriptive title that reflects the purpose of your consultation

Select Project
Choose the project that requires expert guidance from the dropdown menu

Add Notes
Provide additional context or specific areas of concern you’d like to discuss

Select Date and Time
Pick your preferred time slot from the available options

Add Guests (Optional)
Include team members or stakeholders who should attend the call

Confirm
Click Confirm to finalize your call booking
Managing Your Scheduled Calls
Viewing Scheduled Calls
Once scheduled, you can manage your calls through the Scheduling list page. The page displays:- Call Title
- Project Name
- Date & Time
- Status (Awaiting Call, In-progress, Completed)
- Follow-up Action Status
- Project
- Status
- Date
Call Management Options
Click on any scheduled call to access:Add to Calendar
Add the call to your preferred calendar for reminders
Join Call
Join the call when the session is ready
Reschedule
Update the call time if needed
View Details
Access call details and expert recommendations
Call Details Page
The call details page includes:- Meeting link for video conferencing
- List of invited guests
- Documents
- Messages
- Project breakdown
- Expert recommendations
Remember to join the call a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your consultation.
